Job satisfaction is a person’s feeling of satisfaction about the job which he/she is doing presently. It is also termed as the motivation to work. In actual, it is not the self-satisfaction or self-contentment but it is the satisfaction about the job. Job satisfaction is related to the total relationship between an individual and the employer for which he is paid. Some research workers describe the term differently as it explains the factors contributing to the job satisfaction (Shiyani, 2018).
